Where abouts do i find the c17 cap?

The water does drain,the drum does spin when empty and the filter is clean. I don't know about the brushes,the drain pipe is fine as far as i am aware and the lights are delay timer,stain removal,easy iron,extra rinse and the door lock light

whenever i start a cycle the machine fills but when the drum try's to spin the lights on the front of the machine all begin to flash and nothing else happens the machine then needs to be disconnected from the mains to be able to reset i would love it if some one could tell me what is wrong and...
