1. Can pir board touch the external walls. I am guessing not so plan to put a bit of dpc between wall and board.

The floor is well ventilated..and yes was going to use a good brand. I was just curios if damp from the floor could in theory wick into the chipboard anyhow.

I am replacing my subfloor in my lounge. We will be putting a wooden floor down as the final finish rather than carpet.

Hi guys, just got a wall hung basin that will of course be hung onto our red brick wall.
we have been supplied with some "medium" sized bolts that the guy in the shop said would hold the weight.
i guess i am concerned that they wont as the basin is heavy... wot is the risk of the bolts...

it is not a huge area.. the total garden is 41' (12.50m) x 14' (4.27m), and i guess the lawn area will be around 8mx4m.
