    kitchen sink gurgles loudly and spits out water

    Our kitchen sink randomly gurgles loudly for a few seconds and once I was actually in the kitchen when this happened and saw that on the regular drain side (not the disposal side) water was spitting upward then going back down the drain when this gurgling sound occurs. What's wrong?

    rattling after toilet flush

    A minute or so after the toilet tank refills after flushing a vibration sound occurs within the walls but only lasts a few seconds. This happens every time but only with the downstairs toilet. What\\\'s going on?
