We have no choice but to remove a lathe and plaster ceiling from a house. We've not done this before....usually overboard. Does nayone have any useful tips about doing this........please! I know it is going to be an horrendous job but any handy hints would be really appreciated!! :?

I am about to tackle the outside of my house. Top half rendered. Render has some superficial cracks and one deep crack about 1cm wide and 15cms long.........not following brick line and up near eaves. Intend to rake and fill minor hairline cracks........will exterior filler be ok for this...
