I am a recent Clarion Housing Association New-build home purchaser.

Maybe I am just unlucky, but it seems my property is peppered with faults and issues. Clarion don't seem too keen on rectifying these issues, so I have decided to start sorting some of them out for myself as well as highlighting the sorts of problems, I personally feel a new build property purchaser should not be having to constantly deal with.
