I live in a 1960s/ 70s detached house by the coast, I've recently increased the loft insulation to about 350mm the house can be drafty at times with air coming from behind light switches and under bedroom doors, can I fill the void under the bedroom floors with something like glass mineral wool...
The house is a 4 bed detached with two showers, on the SE coast so does get very windy, 14 rads in total 3 of them column house takes 2hrs+ to get warm, boiler is on full speed during that time.

Yes I have the dreaded spray foam, a picture from further away would only show more of it :(
I'm replacing some of the loft insulation 100mm between the rafters then a further 200 .
Just wanted to ask if you think this insulation thats been tacked on blocking the eves should be removed, it runs over half the length of the roof on one side.

While checking the boiler I noticed a small poping sound then the boiler temperture dropped by about 10 degrees, I didnt catch the drop on video
only it heating back up and the fluctuations after.
