can i render over old render
its an old house built in 1875 there are no cracks on the inside i think lime should of of been used but a 10 years ago i filed the cracks and only one grew again- cliveus

can i render over old render
on the out side of my house i have old cracked render but not blowen and also painted can i add a new skim of render over this if i rough it up- cliveus
