Thanks, would that mean I need to service it, or are their qualified engineers that will come out and look at the boiler and then say what damage is? (Sorry I have never had to deal with a boiler before)

Hi, I have the above boiler. Recently when having a shower the water will randomly go freezing cold for about 30 secs and then back to hot. It will do this a few times when showering. It has been doing this much more frequently as of late. I also checked to see if the water will go cold...
