Problem is there even after the system has been running for few hours - if anything its starts 10-20 min after system kicks in.

Thanks Tony Installer subcontracted by builder (NHBC). I've spoken to ALPHA boilers (boiler under warranty) who have referred me to insaller but have suggested debris in system culd be issue. Contacted builder for their advise - believe installer is CORGI registered, ps bled radiators...
