Hi all I'd very much appreciate your advice on how to prepare my internal doors for painting. They are typical 1980's smooth wood veneer finish. About 10 years ago I oiled them - with teak oil, if I remember rightly - to bring up the shine. This worked OK, but now I'm having a nightmare trying...
