Got the baffles, thank you so much for all your help. Scottish Gas came to fit them and I asked for the old baffles back and he told me one was missing. I don't know how that was because the boiler was bought new and only ever serviced by Scottish Gas. Once again, thank you.

Yes it's Vokera part number 5924.

British Gas says it's broke and that is why the boiler isn't working properly and because it's obselete they cannot get it so I need a new boiler or need to get the air baffle from a spare boiler that someone might to getting rid of.
