    Hi jj4091, I did try looking for a replacement motor for exact model but did not find any. Would have to find one with matching size and screw locations I guess.

    Thanks for responding. Tried with shorted switches to see if it is a switch issue (and tested switches as well) but no difference.

    Hi all, My cooker hood that is from Ikea and seems to have been discontinued seems to have developed a problem. It only runs at the lowest speed. Changing capacitor hasn't helped. PCB is apparently ok according to a friend who checked it. Suspicion now is on motor. As it is a discontinued...
