Trying to stop a dripping tap - I have watched various Youtube clips showing removal of grub screws but our tap has no grub screws to removed the h&c levers. Have tried shear brute force to pull them off but no luck. Any tips or advice would be very welcome

Does anyone recognise the brand of this shower valve? From reading other threads it seems probable that the slightly passing valve needs a new cartridge to prevent dripping when closed. The dripping has got worse over past couple years, so we have to leave shower head left on tray floor to...
