Well to be honest I want them specifically for making arrows. I am a trained archer that has produced arrows before but I used to do it with my father. Despite this being completely legal people are funny these days so I just worry a little!

Can anyone recommend any good stores where I could find some of these? Homebase seemed like the obvious place but according to their website they only sell them in 2400mm long pieces... The store is 4 miles away and I don't drive so don't really want to be swinging several 7 foot long rods home...
