It's coming from those smalls holes, mix of air and water.

Evening, Can anyone advise what this is called, what it does etc and why it might all of a sudden be leaking water/air. We have a Megaflo system, that has been working the 12 months I've lived here Granted I have no idea what is what..... Thanks and maybe get it sorted before the wife...
