Thanks for that, I have looked and the boiler will work with the front off but as I replace the cover the boiler stops again as if there is a vacum occuring, it looks as if I will have to use my caravan untill my boiler man recovers from an operation.

My boiler is starting for a few seconds in both CH & DHW and then stopping it does this over and over again, the diverter valve service parts are fine any suggestions. Cold & Dirty
