Thanks Corgi Some of the rooms of the cottage are fairly large, ie 15x13 and 11x18 and the both have 4' and 6' radiators respectfully. I think it could have been a 'homer'! Colin

My parents have just moved to a fairly remote old cottage. The gas central heating system is a glowworm boiler and feeds only 6 single radiators in this cottage. Today the central heating was on all day and all the radiators were very hot but the temperature in the rooms varies from only 15-18...
