    Yes it's supplied by a tank, and I have tried it without the sink being on. Hot water will come out if the cold water mains is off?

    Changed the washer on the hot bath tap, now it will only run cold water. The sink adjacent to the bath will run hot water. Any ideas on what's the problem here? :roll:
