    Hi, i have spoke to a heating eng today and he told me to check a few things.he thinks it is programmer on the wall not the valve. he is coming tommorow to have a look. cheers for your help

    yes the boiler fires up even when it is not calling for ch or hw

    when i have the ch and hw on i can here the pump running upstairs in the airing cupboard where the hot water tank is,when the ch and hw gets switched off when we go to bed i can still here the pump running as if the system is calling for ch or hw.i have to physically move the switch on the valve...

    Hi, i am having problems with my heating system.when my ch and hw is switched off the water still pumps around and if i move the 3 port valve it stops. does any1 no if it sounds as tho the valve is faulty and needs replacing. thanks in advance
