you're not the only one. as others said it happens to everyone. We get it a fair bit after people request a quote, but at the end of the day, if you want quality you'll pay for it. Obviously you're good at what you do and they were very happy with the result. so money well spent!

Yeah if there is water inbetween the two panels then it needs replacing. The job's not too difficult though, just get in contact with a local window/door company.
