We're working on an integrated "ask an expert" section as a widget sorta thing on the home page, which will be a live feed where someone can ask a question - with my moderation to make sure no spam comes through, etc.

Tips:
- Music - get rid of it. you're trying to bring in customers, not cool kids.
- Why the hell aren't you showing a picture on your front page. Some people may go on it and think it's a graphic design portfolio from the layout.
- Get rid of the flash. it doesn't rank well in google...
you're not the only one. as others said it happens to everyone. We get it a fair bit after people request a quote, but at the end of the day, if you want quality you'll pay for it.
Obviously you're good at what you do and they were very happy with the result. so money well spent!
uPVC double glazed windows will significantly reduce the noise. Energy Rated Windows will also help to reduce your heating costs if you're looking at it from a cost perspective.
I am probably a little bias, but I'd say replacement is definitely the way to go. I like the sash windows though...
Yeah if there is water inbetween the two panels then it needs replacing.
The job's not too difficult though, just get in contact with a local window/door company.
