I assume that blue and brown are actually both live and not live and neutral and doesn't matter which goes to which

I assume that blue and brown are actually both live as you would have on a normal switch and as the hts3 does not need an earth as it is double insulated I only need the blue and brown wires?

Can anyone help with a wiring diagram for a drayton hts3 cylinder thermostat? I currently have a sunvic stat with blue brown and earth connections not sure how these will connect to the hts3.
