i think water is going in because the overflow pipe was leaking outside so i assumed that the system is filling. does this still mean it wont be PCB

Hello, I dont know if anyone can help me but i have pressure problem with my boiler. the pressure reading is only showing 0.4 bar and if i turn the blue knob under the boiler to increase pressure i can hear water filling but the pressure gauge does not increase. if i leave boiler for 1 day...
