No they will almost certainly leak
Showers usually have compression fittings for connection to pipe, which means the profile at the fitting will not match a tap connector profile and the likelyhood therefore is that they will leak.
I would still fit decent push fit elbows not the new...
More often than not push fit elbows etc only leak if they are not fully/ correctly seated. You might be lucky and find that just simply checking them will be enough.

I already have that but I cant go through the wall.
I need to Bend downwards through the floor in chrome/stainless steel (Ideally) therefore an elbow and pipe are required.
I have the need to plumb a wall hung basin with stainless steel or chrome pipe 32mm. I need therefore to find a 90deg elbow (compression probably) and a length of pipe 32mm. Any Ideas?
