in the plug coming from the extractor. why only a 3 amp?

i am going to put an extractor fan in my garden shed, but i am wondering can i just wire it to a 13 amp plug as i have a 4gang extension lead already there it would be a lot easier this way.

1. is it possible to wire 2 fans to 1 switch? 2. is it possible to take out my light fixture and connect a fan to it?
