    Had another idea might be silly question but are you getting wiring connectios right in pir's and panel. what pir' are you using as some have extra terminals ?

    hi best thing remove old wiring back to panel and replace with pir in corner of room. If not possible you can replace old vipers with new ones just means you cant connect tampers on them. sounds like tampers wernt connected on system anyway. let me know what system you have got to give more...

    Hi have fitted loads of accenta g4 have a look at bell delay to see if you have put time in there should be set to 00 only thing I can think of so far.

    I installed a visonic powermaster 10 alarm system in November connected to phone line all working fine until customer changed phone line to bt infinity fibre optic. bt disconnected alarm from phone line because alarm interfearing said needed filter have tried adsl filter but still not working...
