THnaks, yes l turned it both ways and the reading on both the inside of the base and the rim are the same as l posted on the photos. On the outer rim the bubble stays between the two lines but inside the base its way outside the lines, but l guess that must be because of the internal inbuilt slope

Do you think l should complain to the builder about it or is one cm off in the correct direction something minor and not an issue, l guess all the water drains really well because of the slope. THe outer rim looks level, perhaps 1 cm off as you said, its only the inside of the base that slopes...

is a cm off level considered much or not something to worry about

THe slope towards to drain feels steep like l am standing on a slope, but from the spirit level photo on the far right the outer rim of the base seems fairly level. Do some trays come with inbuilt slopes steeper then others
