I have now turned off the hot water and heating and the pilot light will now stay on, but as soon as I turn the heating or hot water on, it will fire up for around a minute, then cut out taking the pilot light with it. Any idea's?

Hi, My boiler keeps turning it self off. I re-light the pilot light and it fire's up no problem, then after about a min or two it just cuts out completely. Has anyone experienced the same problem, if so could you please help as my family are freezing. Many thanks.
