Looks like it could be the wastegate gone on the turbo. Anyone know if this is a big job/cost etc.......

I dropped my laptop on the floor at home and although it powers up the screen is very dark and login message barely visible. Could it simply be that dropping of the laptop caused a connection inside to become loose or am I looking at replacing the screen, motherboard etc... Any advice gratefully...

Can anyone suggest why the rubber hose on the turbo inlet would keep blowing off. Pipe situated behind engine. Has happened twice now in space of 6 weeks. The jubilee clip had come off the first time and this was put back and tightened but it has happened again this morning. Any ideas?

Think I'm going to go for the buy a new machine option. Sods law I get this problem fixed and another will occur. Can anyone recommend a reliable washing machine, don't really need a washer/dryer. Any particular make and model I should steer clear of? Any recommendations appreciated

My machine is about 3 years old. Last week on removing washing I noticed a large number of black marks on the washing. Did a second wash and same thing happened. The marks are like a black greasy mark. Nothing obvious although the spin cycle is quite noisy. The pattern of the black marks are...
