Wickes have agreed to provide replacement taps and arrange for them to be fitted, but they sent us a sink tap instead of bath tap (another replacement is on the way) As there is rust on the bath already, will they be able to do anything to remove it?

We've gone back to say we want them to pay for the new taps to be fitted and any cleaning/repair to the bath - presumably a bath shouldn't start rusting within 6 months even if you were throwing neat bleach on it every day (which we weren't).

Finding it a bit difficult to know what we should have done in terms of cleaning as there are no instructions on the product page! We got the fitter round to look who said we should take it up with Wickes. Pictures attached
