Dear all, When I flush my toilet lately I get a loud groaning noise within the floor as it fills back up. Is this water hammer? Do I need to replace the diaphram/flapper valve. Any ideas please? Paul

I turned the stat up and still no hot water. All the pipes by the water tank are hot, but the tank isn't? Any ideas Is it a control thermostat on the tank? Please any ideas appreciated Paul

which bit of this quote do you not understand, i.e. 24 hours in most peoples day, therefore off for 23 hours!!!

The boiler comes on every morning for 1 hour, usually the water is very hot. I checked after one hour and it was luke warm.
