does any one know if there is a 10 kva deisel generator going at a good price?

it is an ice cream machine which has got a compressor and a beater in there. and on the side of the plate on the machine with all its details it draws 23 amps with enitial start up and drops afterwards but it does not constantly draw 23 amps any help?
