Do I bleed pressurised radiators? The upstairs ones always seem colder at the bottom than top?

Does a pressureized system require bleeding? If not why are some rooms colder than others??

I have a pressurized system 2 years old in a new house (albion tank in roofspace) firstly why is there no pressure gauge? and secondly 2 rooms upstairs r always colder than rest of house why?.(thermostatic control upstairs working fine) :? ]

Can't wait 2 watch it!! :shock:
