    Hi, was wondering if anyone could help out? I have previously used mortar several times to seal and close the gaps/hole around my drain but it always wears off and crumbles off over time. Anyone have any tips on how to make it last longer?

    A piece of wood was screwed into on the trim, on top of the wood was a light weight curtain pole. Surely i need to sort out behind the trim with maybe filler first?

    I tried putting in the screws they supplied and it slightly cracked wood, didnt bother trying anymore. What screw size would you recommend? A 25mm length?

    I was thinking that to myself first. It is a large one and is currently standing. When I give it a wobble it does shake. I just want it to be firmly supported as you can't risk it falling as they might be a toddler near it etc. Hence why I am being precautious
