:oops: Ok how i didnt manage to fry the stat i will never know, but i have studied the electrical diagram in the manual, and yes it is low voltage switching and i now have the boiler running via the Digistat 3 hoorah!!!!!! Assumption is the mother of all f**k ups as they say :roll:

If i undo everything i have done, the boiler still operates off the internal clock. After some reading on the forum, have i been wrong to assume that it would be using high voltage live? Should it be using a common live that is low voltage switching?
