i think it has a gas supply but i'll double check. The flat is on the 3rd and 4th floor If there is gas supply is it possible? Am i bit concerned I may be stuck with storage heaters for ever!

Hi, i'm looking at installing central heating in a flat that currently has storage heaters. Is this possible? If so how is the best way to go about it? I'm very new at this! :?
