    cheers chris ive tried doing what you said, but the light dont switch on, could it be the dimmer switch. and i can id the switch live it has a red sleeve over it cheers danny

    hi i need help changing a ceiling light, ive got 3 lots of wires coming from the ceiling, 3 red to a block, 2 black to a block, 1 switch live, 3 earth to a block. my problem is that ive tried putting my live from my new light to the switch live and the neutral to the 2 black and it dont work...
