Seimens are part of the Bosch Group and share many common parts,go for the 5yr parts & lab but both appliance are reliable as i call to both makes, have many years experence with bosch & have one myself. Good Luck

Hi There, Having worked with most brands, i will say there is no such thing as a good washer/dryer, but if i was going to buy one ,go for the Bosch with a 2yr guantee or Seimens with a 5yrs guantee, good luck with any of them, hope this helps :wink:

Hi, Could be your flow valve faulty which is allowing appliance to over fill,or anti flood devise has got stuck, if you look in the bottom left of the inside of dishwasher you will see what look like a mushroom top, this the devise see if this moves freely up then down do not pull to hard,if ok...

Depending on the model you have, if you remove the filters you will see a small hex screw in the sump, undo this screw & remove the small cover, this will expose the impellor of the pump see if any foreign objects are jamming it, this method should be in your instruction book. Good luck

Your will have to take the inner panel of which is secured by screws, top ,left & right side, be very careful when re-moving this panel, as the edges are like razor blades, this job is not for the faint hearted good luck?

Claire You can change the hose on your DISHWASHER but this is not the reason it is not pumping out the water, the pump is jammed with a foreign object or is faulty, part no for hose is 1800011, there are a few parts that are now obselete for this model

breezer is right there is a filter in the sump hose which can be accessed from the rear bottom panel, you will see a sump hose attached to the outer drum, undo large j clip, you will see a plastic ball & internal filter ,also attached to this is the pressure chamber checked to see this is not...

Hi Neil, Remove deflector plate 4 screws top & bottom, remove top screw holding element, gently pull element towards you, making sure the wires do not come off the terminals, then fit your new element, good luck.

Hi, You can only access the pump by removing the front panel, release the door seal lip from front panel, release door interlock, udo 2+ screws & bottom of panel where you removed bottom plinth, the pull panel away from appliance this will expose pump & pump sump hose this hose may be blocked...

Hi, This could be the problem, to check lay the appliance on its back & check the concrete weight @ the base of the outer drum you can use 17mm socket to tighten the nuts if loose, if not take the top of washer & check the tension springs as these sometimes break & while you are at it check...
