Thanks for your reply. The are with the biggest gap would that be the screws have come loose. I’m worried if the joists have also got wet and have started to rot although I can’t see any screws in this section.

Always had issues with it but it’s in a room that’s kind of just used as pass through up to the loft so I’ve never really needed it but figured it’s there it should be working. I’ll try a little bit of wd40 in it. I think it’s every likelihood it’s seized

Just use an adjustable? Can’t get it to budge. Tried turning it both ways doesn’t seem to move. Might work with a key

Hi Have a radiator not heating up. All others work fine and I’ve freed the pin in the TRV but this is the lockshield valve. Do I need a key to try and open it as it looks like it doesn’t have a spindle on. Tried gripping with an adjustable but won’t budge. Thanks in advance
