Turns out it just needed replacing as a whole, no washer in there to replace so it's been replaced with a tilting head mixer tap - thanks for the advice above!

Evening all Looking for some advise on this pretty straightforward question (hopefully!) - this is the bathroom mixer tap, which is dripping slowly - however as it doesn't have any caps on the tap ends, nor any visible screw(s) how do you go about taking the taps off to replace the washers? Or...
