hi, this may seem dumb or self evident, but i don't want to do it wrong. my upper wash arm fell off, and to buy the little bits that went down the drain, i had to buy a whole new kit. fine, but now, i do not know which of the little fasteners goes up and which goes down. it looks like they snap...
