Hi i recently noticed some cracking to the brickwork of my house which is being looked at tomorrow. Now I’m looking I seem to see more cracks! I have this in my ceiling .....thoughts?

Hi. I’ve noticed the below cracks in my exterior walls (extension from 1983) and the rear wall. Any thoughts what could be the cause ?? The cracks run diagonal on each side wall of the extension, on one side they start high, other they are low. On rear house wall it is mid height...
