A step in foundations and under windows are areas where this sometimes happens. How much of an issue it is i wouldn't like to say.

The OS browser has limits. It's a bit like Chromebook I think. Strangely Firefox is on there already but you can't use it because it's not Windows.

I havent bothered putting an SD in as the phone has enough room for everything so far. But I suppose I could put one in now?

Usb cable. This particular laptop can only use Google things if I get it to quit window os. Which I might do but I think not all my photos have backed up to my Google account. Cheers

Hello. Bought a cheap laptop and first thing I'm trying to do is copy pictures and videos from an android phone. It usually won't connect. When it finally did it only copied 625 out of about 3000. When I try again and it eventually recognises the phone it only adds the ones taken since the first...

Thought I do an update in case anyone cares. I've noticed the pictures I've just added. The top right one shows it stuck to the dashboard instead of the windscreen meaning you can get it lower. Maybe that's a way to get around the problem.

That's the difference between the built in and aftermarket ones. I'll attach a screenshot from Amazon to show what they are like.

I don't get how there's such a big industry for these things. Nearly all of them must break the law. Some even stick to the windscreen. And they're the size of a tablet.

I've not taken it out there box yet as I'm thinking it's got to go back. But I don't see how these things won't block the view on most cars. Especially mine by the looks of things

I don't think it does that. Mostly satnav and you can play audio things though it. And there's a dashcam in it.

I just got a 9 inch screen one of these. Once I opened it and looking at the dashboard it's obvious it's going to block some of the view through the windscreen. My question is basically does anyone know what is allowed or not allowed with regards to something blocking your view. I can't imagine...

Thanks Eric. I've done some googling about drying times. I think I better get it back inside to paint. (Won't be easy) 5 degrees seems to be the coldest it can take. It's not predicted to get that cold here yet. But it's the morning dew and possible rain that's the threat.
