Hi I'm newbie here and straight away got a question. I've got a ceiling to paint , it is made of timber,which was varnished some time ago(a few years). What Iwas thinking is to sand it a bit then ndercoat it and give two coats of emulsion. Do you think it's gonna be OK ? Or maybe I can do it...
