No joy with Worcester Bosch unless they came out to have a look. Had British Gas back out again today, engineer was very good. He changed the diverter valve, but still no joy. He thinks it's the pump as it's shutting down, so has ordered one and will be coming back next Thursday to replace it...

I'll give that a go and see how I get one!
