Other than the earth wires it looks like this which is what it was before the previous Nest Link stopped working

My Heat Link stopped working and has been replaced. The wiring looks the same but it doesn't trigger the boiler or the pump. I am wondering if it is a newer version of the Nest Link which needs a different wiring or if the new Nest Link is faulty. The wiring is the same as in an earlier post...
