its says use Varnish, Stain or Osmo Oil, cant pick between them

Hi have just had load of door fitted and need to get these proctored with either Varnish, Stain or Osmo Oil,, i haven't a glue what to use, Would like to keep the door original looking, one or the door is in the bathroom
