I managed to break the bathroom fan pull cord switch and need to replace it. The old switch had L1, L2 & neutral wires for both in and out (6 wires total). The new one is just 1 live and 1 neutral in and out, I've tried putting both live wires in the same live input on the box. Fan turns on...
