Get the Corgi book and be very familiar with it's contents. This is the book you tend to use in the ACS exams.

A plume kit is not designed nor approved for going through a roof. that is what a vertical flue kit is designed for.

If you turn off all the rads that are working, this will force the hot water into the ones that are suspect. If they heat up nicely then you've got a balancing problem.

Just note that they are pretty heavy and difficult to man handle and mount on a wall due to their offset centre of gravity.

Sounds like the system needs to be balanced. There should be the required info in the FAQ for balancing rads. Daz
