Yeah they are nice, but I'm still drawn by the aesthetic advantages of underfloor or skirting heating, ie no obvious source of heat True, in our living room, say 3m x 4m that would give out just over 2.5kW. I've not got as far as heat loss calculations yet so I don't know if that is enough...

thanks john, I was intending to go for the wet system driven by a gas fired combi/condensing combi, having looked at the various electric and wet systems, I would tend to agree with you. I'll be needing a new boiler anyhow so will be a good time to get a good efficient unit.

Hello all, First post here...although I suspect I may be around for a while, I've just bought my first house which needs totally renovating. Does anyone have any experience with the skirting type heaters made by heatprofile? As the house needs a full central heating install I'm weighing up...
