I've also got a small wall with black matt paint. I was going to use my matt ceiling emulsion on that (also Leyland). Would that be ok instead of undercoat?

Soft close seems a lot more expensive. Really don't want to spend like £100 or more on hinges. Do Blum do a non-soft close alternative?

I took the doors off earlier to gain access to a screw going into the ceiling. Wish I didn't. All the doors are now out of skew and I'm too stupid to work it out.
